This one will probably be overturned, and I really doubt it would pass muster in the US.

The LimeWire decision speaks to advertising, and I am sure some guidelines can be established where LimeWire will be in compliance with the letter of the law.

But the bottom line is, there are larger issues of freedom, which can easily be trampled upon by those zealous to defend outmoded business models.
