Error while syncing

Figured it outDoes anybody know what this could be:

calibre, version 0.9.7
ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

database or disk is full

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 85, in run
File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 500, in _sync_booklists

OperationalError: database or disk is full

I'm sending the files to SD card on Kobo Glo, which certainly isn't full. Earlier batches of 50 books went smoothly, this is the last batch.
The books are on the card, it's just that the database doesn't get wrtitten.

Edit: Never mind. Device is full means really full. Even a few bytes for the database don't fit.
