When you de-authorise a device, does it get deducted from your authorisation limits

I would like to install version 2, but I am on about 5 or 6 authorised devices now, dont want the hassle of getting Adobe to reset my limit

when I first got my vox I authorised various different reading apps before I realised there was a limit
