btw, i have another solution for you CommanderROR.

Using Firefox:
Extras -> Options -> Content -> Fonts & Colors -> Settings
There you can set a minimum Fontsize, which will be used for Print aswell.

Then use Acrobat Printer to print to A5 size paper.
