My Touch will automatically update from Desktop 3.1 (to 2.0.0c), but is currently manually loaded to 2.0.0.c, as I tried many, many ways to get 2.1.1 loaded.

I think that the Revision number may be the onboard USB driver revision, which may not change much, which is why mostly everyone has the same revision. I have no knowledge to base this on, it is a complete guess.
