Converting to EPub for Asus MyLibrary

Hi, I have been trying to use Calibre to convert EBooks from various formats into EPub for use on the Asus MyLibrary application on the Eee-pad Transformer. Most of the epub files I have produced so far simply crash MyLibrary when I try to open them. I have tried fiddling with the output profile and some of the other settings, but so far the problem remains. All I have worked out so far is that files converted from PDF or .LIT files pretty much always crash, whereas epubs created from HTML files work fine. So at this stage I'm assuming that there is some feature that is present in the .LIT and .PDF files that MyLibrary can't handle when converted by Calibre.

I have tried converting the same .LIT files using Stanza desktop, and the resulting epubs work perfectly. Any suggestions as to what settings I should try to get Calibre to produce files the Transformer will be happy with? Thanks....
