I never got the first email, but I followed the link given here last week. I got the same response many others got about getting a code the week of the 19th. I just got the following email from B&N:

to go to the opt-in page, where you’ll be instructed to confirm that you would like your eBooks in your Fictionwise or eReader Bookshelf transferred to a NOOK Library. When I click on the included link, I get the error about the email address not matching... Sigh... Guess their "updated link" still doesn't work...
