Thanks for the response. I spent some I've spent some time with this gadget and decided to give it a chance
The volume button isn't such a big deal and I've fixed (hopefully) the small button on the right. Your screen is broke, I can't even compare my situation to yours. It's definitely the most important part of the device and mine is ok so far. Anyway next time if I'll be getting anything like this I will visit the normal store. Thx one more time for help,hope you'll get a refund.
