How to get the cover image to align to the top after converting with calibre and then adding semantics in sigil. My other images within the book are no problem but calibre seems to be making the image svg and I do not know how to alter so that the result in kindle previewer ends up with the image aligned center left to right and top. It ends up centered top/bottom and left/right.
