To be honest, I am also a bit disappointed with bookeen by now. I do get the feeling that they have insuficient staff for their ambitions.
While I would have bought the opus immidiately even a month ago, by now their customer support did manage to put me off quite a bit.
It is now more than a month that they have had my reader and not a single answered mail since then...
