(IMHO), authors that move to Amazon and become exclusive at Amazon that take a series in progress and screw over many people who were enjoying reading that series are slimy worms and should be banned from being an author.
It's unfair for those that don't use Calibre and just buy in the format their Reader supports. It means if an eBook series moves from ePub to KF8, then those people are screwed. The authors who do this don't give a damn about their readers and that makes then terrible people.
