I bought a Jan Guillou book. Haven't tried the send to Kindle feature but downloaded the
kindlegen command-line utility to convert to the mobi-format. For me this tool handles the conversion from epub to mobi easier than Calibre. Calibre feels like a swiss army knife and behaves accordingly.
