Your lengthy legal tirade is ridiculous when the subject is a video of two readers on youtube. Any journalist or tester on internet could put a video on youtube comparing a new Pocketbook reader and a new Kindle. Many people who got a Kindle 3 before the release date did just that. Right now the guy from Pocketbook is the one making incredible claims without a single proof.
