No, it's the "Samsung ATIV Smart PC 500T" and it has an x86 dual core Atom processor (Intel Clover Trail) and runs 32 bit Windows 8 Standard, as opposed to Windows RT.
X86 Windows comes in two versions, Standard (or just Windows 8) and Pro, the only difference is the Pro version has additional networking support like Active Directory, Remote Desktop, etc. that enterprise IT professionals might need. The ATIV Smart PC can be upgraded to Windows 8 Pro, but for my usage it is not worth the $69 that it would cost to do so.
It is NOT Window RT which runs on ARM chips and are meant mostly as consumption appliances like iPads and Android tablets.
