Bandwidth and net speeds are improving all the time; cloud computing is all about working on data that's in the cloud, and getting away from the concept of files and downloads. And then you can sit around without access to any of your Cloud files because your ISP is down... copious bandwidth isn't a lot of use when you've got no connection...
