Btw, I contacted customer support chat again. The second person who talked with me was terribly unhelpful and just put me off with one of those 20$ discounts. The first guy gave me one of those already and I have a combined 40$ discount on my account now (it's confirmed).
So, try haggling out some more discount. Worth a try.
