Yes. In fact, for my posts "EPUB" means epub w/ drm. After all, if it were DRM-free, the supplied format would not be of any real interest (other than PDF, which can be difficult to convert). At least, not to me - I'd drop it in Calibre and it will autoconvert to the required format when I send it to any of my readers.
