This is not currently possible with Calibre. Enhancement requests are made here:

It's up to Kovid as to whether he will implement something like this, but I suspect he won't be interested. This is not an ebook function. There are lots of podcast downloaders already available. Calibre won't even download ebooks (except for EPUBs, and it can only do that with a strange recipe hack.)
