If I try to copy or import a whole folder (maybe 50 mostly RTF files) the software just exits and crashes....

I just downloaded my very first book and the (*&% Sony software crashed while attempting to transfer it to the PRS-505 reader. The only solution was to copy-paste into the SD card bypassing the Sony software entirely. Of course I am running Vista which seems to be particularily misbehaved. Tried some of the other solutions proposed here and none worked. Guess we will have to wait for version 3.1.
