Thanks for the advice on Kobo. I had the chat window open trying to connect with a rep for quite a while yesterday. Then I gave up and sent them an email. Maybe it was just a busy time for them. I'll give it another try today. In the past they had responded to my email inquiries right away which is why I was a little worried.
