The section in question:
"Unless we mutually agree otherwise, we will use DRM in

...simply says that the default is for Amazon to apply DRM. Hugh Howey is a prime example of no DRM on any of his Amazon distributed books.
"Amazon Insists on DRM" is codswallop!
