Click the link, which takes you to Amazon.com or whatever bookstore the url points to. Then login to that bookstore and buy/download the book from that site.
Of course, you should always check the current price at the bookstore the link sends you to, before buying, as the prices quoted in MobileRead links are often valid for limited time periods.
