I heard back from Amazon.
They said Electronic Arts are not allowing Scrabble to be sold in Canada. "Not Our Fault".
Well, OK, Amazon can hide behind that statement, but I can buy the E.A. "Official Scrabble App" from iTunes Canada. So they license it for one device and not another. Wierd.
I am gonna change my Country and see if I can get it.
