As a non-native English speaker, I find the forum karma interface a bit confusing. The karma dialog includes this text:

The wording, which mentions reducing and adding reputation, looks contradictory. What range of values does the "Reduce (fine-tune) your current reputation clout for this post" field accept? Is the value entered in the field added or subtracted to the user reputation?
