At Teleread: Kobo Growing Pains
I posted a sum-up at Teleread about some of the Kobo issues. If anyone would like to read it and comment there, I will be sending the link to my contact at Kobo in hopes they will fix some of these problems! They have not been terribly responsive of late when I've written them, so we'll see. But Teleread is a fairly public place for airing such concerns, so here's hoping somebody listens!
