By trial and error I found out it's possible to transfer ebooks to the Kobo using Bluetooth from my Android phone (a Nexus One). This should work with any other BT device, I remember reading someone's report this worked from Win XP.
On the Android phones this means using the "Bluetooth File Transfer App":
Once the files are transferred, though, the Bluetooth "sync" screen on the Kobo stays and the only way to get out is to "Cancel" the sync although the file transfer has completed.
The books / documents then don't show up on the Kobo. How can the Kobo be forced to refresh its books + docs list ?
The only way I found was by inserting the USB cable while connected to a PC and removing it - but this kind of defeats the convenience of BT transfers.
Thanks for any hints on this.
