A two year subscription to the hardcopy Esquire currently goes for $8.00, or 33 cents an issue.
Ten hardcopy issues of Men's Health currently goes for $17.05, or $1.71 an issue.
So those are hefty premiums they are charging to read the mags on the iPad.
