Did you do a "Reset to factory settings" or simply turn the Nook off? I turned mine completely off, left it that way for about a half-hour, and turned it back on. The notes and highlights are still screwy. The only thing I accomplished was to lose my place in the book I was reading. And since there was no chapters option for that book, to get back to where I left off, I had to turn one time-consuming page after another.

I'm hesitant to do a "Reset to factory settings," as I fear I'll lose my update to Ver. 1.1.1 as well as all my books.
