Orwell, George: Burmese Days - v1 - 29 May 07

What can I say that has not already been said about Orwell. That he was a treasure to the English language, one of the most gifted writers and thinkers of the 20th century, that he wrote books that made us think (perhaps the greatest sin of all.)

He is also a lot of fun to read.
