Seven of us tried the flash website and the HTML website BOTH today to attempt to duplicate the problem you are having with the Firmware Upgrades!! Now, I DO believe you... we just cannot duplicate it.

The site appears to be working flawlessly and there were no error messages.
At the urging of MobileRead Forum people we have removed the music that many said they hated. Also, the HTML site (
www.theEZreader.com/html) has no flash!!
We are listening!
