Seems like a very bad device

Pressing the back of the device should not affect the LCD, unless the assembly is very flimsy. (As generally PDA LCD screen are supposed to be enclosed in a sort of internal metallic coffin to give rigidity and prevent breakage.)

And the automatic hard reset seems like a funny way to get a nervous breakdown
