Well, they've said repeatedly that the Publishers set the prices, so I'd assume that in this case the author would set the pricing. I haven't been able to discover anything on what Sony's 'cut' would be, but the percentage thing makes sense.

I still don't find $200 to be exorbatant for what amounts to contract copy editing and typesetting service.
