I know, PB really should not be abusing those generic vendor id/device ids. How expensive could it really be to get a real vendor id?

But in this case since there's a real looking and unique "product" code appearing ("PB743K3") in the ioreg output, would it make sense to try and disambiguate the devices using this field?
