I believe you need to download Python package v0.15 from
NiLuJe's hacks thread & copy one of the
update_xxxxxxxx_pw2_and_up.bin files into
/mrpackages folder on your Kindle (not sure which version of Python is required for plugins to work, 2.7 or 3).
If you have your device jailbroken and KUAL working, you could either do
;log mrpi search in the search field or run
MR Package Installer from KUAL (assuming that you have
mrinstaller,
kual-plus and
helper extensions in KUAL).
