I have several unordered series. I use a series_index of 0 with these. If I send a book to my Kobo, it shows as SERIESNAME - 0.

So, two questions:

a) Can a Kobo device display anything other than that? Ideally, I'd just have SERIESNAME.

b) If so, how would I remove the series_index only when index is 0? KoboTouch settings just has 'set series information' checkbox.
