I want to let everyone know should this error happen to occur in the future SWREG has just recently launched a new SWREG customer service page and a SWREG FAQ page that will answer any questions and concerns. In addition, we also have a 24 hour customer service center for a very quick response. It will also be helpful to you if you have the original email address associated with your transaction to speed up the process.
