Did you extract the FireFox .apk from a different phone or you downloaded it from a reliable source? I assume you don't have Google Play Services installed if you keep the device offline?

After 2 days of use a line with dead-pixels appeared so I sent the device back. When I receive the replacement one I'll upload the update here.
