Hmmmm.... I — um — “borrowed” Jellby's inventive formatting for the chapter heads (same as Tom Sawyer) This was, of course, 10 years ago, and Kobo apparently does odd things to that special work-around formatting. I have only used that a very few times since, and never got any feedback about it until now.
I hope Jellby replies to your query. Maybe he will know of a fix.
