My firmware is Kindle 4.1.4

B/c I have no wifi mac address I cannot log onto any Wifi networks.

Kindle Model # D01100

According to Kindle's website my generation kindle needs software version 4.14 or higher.

I tried hard resetting it. Same problem.

Any advice on what I should do?
