Yup, that's what made me aware of the book. Actually, and I know this sounds ridiculously superstitious, I was serious about the magical thinking thing and am sort of hoping that by posting here, the book would come my way for free from some other source...like EVERY OTHER request I've posted here...

The first book was mediocre and while I might risk $1.99 for a rental to see if the series improves a bit, I'm not sure if I'd get to it in 30 days.
