Oje, da wollte man rechtzeitig zum Sony-Start auch die Bücher bereitstellen - koste es, was es wolle. Die Anwort ist nicht gerade das, was man von einem serviceorientierten Unternehmen erwarten sollte und dürfte. Wer seinen Kunden mehr als nur ein Buch verkaufen will, sollte es besser wissen. Ein Gutschein wäre das mindeste gewesen, wenn man sich schon keine Entschuldigung abringen kann.
