I have the similar problem with august 2019 build, accessing both top & bottom menus takes 4-5 seconds until they appear, also TOC is very very slow, but marking a word for a dictionary goes pretty fast ... It is on Tolino FW 10.x (Android 4.0.4).
I activated "Keep screen on" but it doesn't change anything.
Could it be that this is specific with this old Android ? Do you think that
an upgrade for 4.4.2 Android could solve the problem ?
