No good. It still won't charge. Now to my last option before calling Tech. I'm going to leave it unplugged all night. I will plug it in in the morning. If I see no red light I will do the reset method that Rimbaud mentioned and leave it alone for the time I am at work. If I come home and it's charged great. If not, then it's time to call tech.
It is disappointing to say the least. I did have the red light when I charged it last night, but by morning the light was out and I just assumed that the charging was complete.
