Ich vermute, dass dem eigentlich gratis beigegebenen E-Book ein eigener Wert zugewiesen muss und aus einem Bundle plötzlich zwei Artikel werden. Sowas durch die ganze Vertriebskette zu befolgen dürfte zusätzliche Kosten verursachen.
