Sadly, ePub does not mandate a particular DRM format (or NO DRM format), so we'll still have eBabel when it comes to DRM.
Well, ePub is
pushed by Adobe, and as for standard we have to see, but I would not hold my breath on that since for now only minor players in the ebook world - outside Adobe of course - are involved.
