That is the book I converted into LRF. The settings I used were....
mobi2lrf --top-margin=0 --bottom-margin=0 --left-margin=0 --right-margin=0 --wordspace=1 --base-font-size-10 "Sherlock Holmes Omnibus.prc"
Page 3 has a blank page for example. There are others as well here and there. None in the middle of a chapter though. They are between chapters where they occur.
