The case I ordered on Jan. 25 from Ali Express arrived today. I got the brown one:

The kindle fit easily but snugly into the case. I really like the look and feel of it. It does have a magnet for the auto wake/sleep feature but I didn't see it mentioned.

Over all, I'm really pleased with it; especially for the price.
