I voted yes, since there is a German, French and Spanish forum already, so if we have ours, you should have yours, especially since Amazon just started selling kindle in Brazil and will probably get into Portugal soon as well.
I would, however, sugest to call it Portuguese forum, so that it will encompass all continents.
