A book that I was given for my twenty-first birthday by a very like-minded friend. Other books have been discarded, passed on or abandoned, but this one has always stayed . It's been outgrown and outdated, but always cherished.

That was fifty-five years ago, but Wake Up and Live by Dorothe Brande started me on a very interesting path of self-discovery.
