Hubby had to email me a copy of the insurance card today so I could go to the Doctor. Emergency visit due to a reoccurance of this stupid cough. Nothing we could do about the timing.
But I get your point, people were not suppose to schedule appointments for this week or fill prescriptions and screwed that up.
